Dream Home Security LLC (“Dream Home Security,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida limited liability company. These terms explain the rules for using our website and our messaging program. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2.Your service agreement controls
If you are a customer, your signed monitoring or service agreement with us governs your service. These terms cover only this website and our messages. If these terms and your signed agreement conflict, your signed agreement controls.
3.Information on this site
The information on this website is general information about our company and services. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract. Equipment, services and availability depend on your home and are confirmed only in a written agreement.
4.No guarantee against loss
A security system can help reduce risk, but no system, device or monitoring service can prevent every intrusion, fire or other loss. We do not guarantee that any system will prevent loss, injury or damage.
5.Text messages
Program. Dream Home Security Customer Messages: appointment reminders, service updates and account notices, and, only if you separately opt in, occasional marketing text messages about our services.
Who receives messages. People who give us their mobile number and agree to receive text messages from us. We send marketing text messages only to people who separately agree to receive them, and that consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How to opt in. You can opt in by checking a box on the request form on our website, or by telling us directly that you want to receive our text messages. Checking a box is optional; you can send a request without checking either box. Marketing consent given on our website form covers text messages only.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. A reply of STOP, or a similar word such as QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, stops all text messages from us. You can also reach us at admin
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the Dream Home Security name and logo, belongs to Dream Home Security LLC. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, modify or use our content or logo for any other purpose without our written permission.

This website may link to websites run by others, such as a state license lookup. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8.Disclaimer and limitation of liability
